How to use: using a spatula, spread the Slimming Mud on the affected part of the body, obtaining a layer of about 5mm to 10mm. It is good to cover an area larger than the affected area with Mud. Cover the Mud with a tissue sheet and leave on from a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours. Then remove the Mud using the spatula and clean the skin with a sponge moistened with warm water. Slimming Mud can also be applied twice in the same day.
