The Customer placing an order for private use must be 18 years of age or older, solvent or legally authorized by parental or guardian authority.
The Customer placing an order for Firms, Entities, Companies must be 18 years of age or older, solvent and legally authorized by the person in charge of the Firm, Entity, Company.
Nampex SA. disclaims any responsibility if incapacitated or unauthorized individuals act in violation of this rule.
The Customer registers with his/her own data, entering his/her first name, last name, address, valid and truthful telephone number.
It also undertakes to change its personal information whenever it is different or insufficient.

Prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included (see shipping and charges).

Possibility of making payment by bank transfer. In the restricted area possibility to receive the goods against invoice and payment slip.
3 . Shipping method and charges
NAMPEX SA sends the order after the payment is made and the required goods are found.
The method for sending is by mail.
The cost of shipping varies in accordance with Swiss Postal Rates from CHF 8.00 to CHF 12.00 For amounts over CHF 150.00, the package will be sent by priority mail and inscribed.
Online sales take place only in Switzerland.
Foreign users can request via the Request Form an overseas mailing which will be processed by payment via VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card or via Stripe account, with different modalities in prices, mailing costs and timing
All prices quoted are in Swiss francs including VAT.
All prices are valid for the period of validity of the catalog, unless there are errors in writing, or in calculation.
The valid right of withdrawal is conditional on sending a registered letter within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the following address

A copy of the Delivery Receipt sent with the goods must be attached to it.
The goods must in all cases be in perfect condition.
In case of even partial withdrawal, the Customer must indicate all the data for the reversal of the amount.
NAMPEX SA. reserves the right to reduce the value of the refund in the event of defects found at the time of return and will not reimburse shipping costs incurred by the customer, either on the outward or return of the package.
NAMPEX SA. undertakes not to disclose the customer’s personal information and to maintain professional secrecy for any sale-purchase negotiations or inquiries made.
